The strategy for gameplay goes like this: Furious charge through smaller packs of enemies and try to hit as many as you can with it, to get rid of the cooldown. Since this build attacks at blinding speeds, Gogok will always be stacked, giving you an additional 15% CDR and even more AS.
It is possible to get Thorns even higher by using Heart of Iron and putting Vitality on everything, but we'd have to give up too many other things to do that. Hack is what activates your Thorns when you attack an enemy, so you want the percentage to be as close to 100% as possible. This is achieved by Boyarsky's Gem, Topaz Gems in Weapons, Thorns damage on gear and you must have the weapon "Hack". You want AS for crazy high damage output, however you won't have any damage unless you have extremely high Thorns damage. You want CDR mostly for WoTB, but other things benefit from it a lot as well.
